How quickly will my item(s) arrive?
We aim to keep all items in stock and to send our orders within 2 working days by first class recorded delivery. In the unlikely event that your item is not in stock we will contact you immediately to let you know.
Can I order more than one piece to choose the design I like?
Of course! We know how difficult it is to choose. You are welcome to order up to 4 items to choose from and return any unwanted items with 2 weeks for a full refund (minus the postage). It is advisable to send returns by recorded delivery.
Alternatively if you live close enough why not make an appointment to come along and try our beautiful tiaras and hair accessories - just call us in advance on 01202 477873.
What is your returns policy?
You can return any unworn item for a full refund (excluding postage) within 14 days. It is advisable to send items back to us by Recorded Delivery. Due to Health and Hygiene we cannot accept pierced earrings back.
What are your shipping costs?
- UK Items FREE DELIVERY
- Special Delivery (if requested for orders received before 11am) £9.00 (not available for delivery weekends or Bank Holidays)
- Republic of Ireland/ Europe – any value order charged at £10.00
- Rest of World – any value order charged at £12.00
What if my order is urgent?
If we receive your order by 11am we can send by Special Delivery at your request which will be delivered by 1pm the next day (and will need to be signed for). Please note this doesn’t include delivery on weekends and bank holidays. Feel free to call us on 01202 477873 to discuss your options.
Will my item be gift wrapped?
Yes, all of our items are wrapped in acid free tissue and presented in a beautiful white ribbon wrapped gift box apart from earrings which will be sent wrapped in tissue and in a pretty purple velvet bag
How should I look after my Blossom product?
In order to keep your item in perfect condition we recommend that you store it in the original gift wrap to avoid scratches and tarnishing. Avoid contact with perfume or hairspray around your product.
We can take payment securely via PayPal or Credit/Debit Card on our website.
