  • General

    • I haven't received any emails confirming my order or registration?

      Please check your spam folder, as we have had some reports emails ending up there. If you are still having problems then contact us.

    • Can I order more than one piece to choose the design I like?

      Yes you can order up to 4 items to choose from. You can have a full refund for any or all of these items, excluding postage, if we receive the returns back within 2 weeks of receipt. It is advisable to send any returns back to us Recorded Delivery.

    • Caring for your Blossom products

      In order to keep your items in perfect condition please store them in their individual gift packaging. This will avoid scratching and tarnishing. Avoid contact with perfume or hairspray around your products as this can affect the sparkle of the crystal and discolour the natural stones. If silver tarnishes, it can be cleaned up using a silver cloth (a soft cloth impregnated with a silver polish)

  • Returns

    • What is your returns policy?

      You can return any item for a full refund, excluding postage, if we receive the goods back within 2 weeks of receipt. It is advisable to send returns back to us Recorded Delivery.

  • Shipping

    • How will be goods be packed?

      We package all goods (where size permits) in white boxes with a ribbon bow. If you are purchasing more than one item from the tiara and jewellery range the order will be sent in one gift box unless you choose to order additional boxes. You can have each item separately wrapped and packaged by ordering additional boxes. Please look at the packaging section of the site. For larger orders such as bouquets we will packing in our luxurious carrier bags.

    • What are your shipping costs?

      Postage is charged at a flat fee + £1.00 per item and sent via the following. Items can be sent by special delivery by arrangement UK - £5 - !st class recorded delivery Europe £10 - International signed for Worldwide £15 - International signed for

    • How soon can you deliver?

      We aim to keep everything in stock and can usually post within 2-3 days of order – should the item(s) you order not be in stock, we will contact you immediately and advise you of delivery.
